Reason behind Real Madrid’s Billion Dollar Revenue
Real Madrid were in financial trouble back in 2020-21 when they did not sign a single player and their president Florentino Perez was pushing for the breakaway European Super League. However, despite the struggles Real Madrid managed to turn a profit in Covid as well.
However, the biggest source of Real Madrid’s revenue is cited to be its revamped Santiago Bernabeu stadium, a project which cost around 300 Million Euros for Los Blancos but is expected to rake in a Billion dollars annually due to multiple concerts and sporting events being held there.
