Dubai princess launches new perfume, weeks after divorcing her husband. Guess its name – Times of India

Dubai‘s Princess Shaikha Mahra Mohammed Rashed Al Maktoum, who announced her separation from her husband in July, has launched her new perfume line and named it “Divorce.”
The princess made an official announcement on her official Instagram page. Ahead of the launch, the princess also shared a teaser of the fragrance from her brand, Mahra M1, in an Instagram post on Monday.

In the post, the princess revealed a sleek black bottle with signed under her brand ‘Mahra M1,’ featuring the word ‘Divorce.’

Her post garnered 19,500 likes with over 1k people commenting on it.One of the user said, “Revenge could be better name but I loved this one too.” While other one said, “I wonder how it smells like? Betrayal?”
Calling her sassy, one of the users also commented, “This sis ain’t playing. Hope this gives some women a chance to speak up a bit more. “
In July, the daughter of the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and the Ruler of Dubai publicly announced her divorce from her husband, Sheikh Mana Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum, through a post on her Instagram account.
Shaikha Mahra made this announcement just a few months after the couple celebrated the birth of their firstborn child.

In her message, the Dubai princess wrote, “Dear Husband, As you are occupied with other companions, I hereby declare our divorce. I divorce you, I divorce you, and I divorce you. Take care. Your ex-wife.”
Shaikha Mahra is an advocate for women’s empowerment and local designers in the UAE. She earned a degree in International Relations from a university in the United Kingdom and also holds a college degree from the Mohammed bin Rashid Government Administration.
