Actress Kasthuri arrested in Hyderabad | Chennai News – Times of India

CHENNAI: The Egmore police on Saturday arrested actress Kasthuri from a film producer’s house in Hyderabad for her controversial remarks about the Telugu community.
The police are bringing her to Chennai to produce her before a magistrate court.
After the Madurai bench of the Madras high court rejected her anticipatory bail, the police were searching for her. She was missing from her home in Chennai, and her mobile phone was turned off.
Meanwhile, Kasthuri sought an apology and claimed that her statement had been misinterpreted.
