The viral video, uploaded on Reddit, reportedly shows Mr. Goel in a Zoom call with several FIITJEE center heads. During the meeting, a staff member from the Thane branch raises a question about the company’s recent investment in the EdTech industry. Mr. Goel reacts with immediate and explosive anger, launching into a verbal tirade laced with profanity and insults.

The video clip shows Goel verbally abusing his employees, calling them “useless people” and “nonsense people.” He also directed a particularly offensive remark towards one individual, questioning their parentage and demanding their removal from Mumbai.
