AMRAVATI: Archana Rothe, sister of BJP candidate from Dhamangaon Railway MLA Pratap Adsad, was attacked by three unknown assailants.
Preliminary reports suggest that the three attackers ambushed her car near Satefal Phata.
Rothe sustained injuries in the attack.
She was initially provided with first aid at Chandur Railway and is now being transferred to Amravati for further treatment.
The police have initiated an investigation into the matter and are working to identify the attackers.
