BGT 2024: Virat Kohli On The Cusp Of Joining Both Sachin Tendulkar And Ricky Ponting In Elite List

Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024: The India vs Australia Test series is around the corner and a blockbuster contest is on the cards. The IND vs AUS Test series starts on November 22, 2024. The first Test match will be played at the Optus Stadium, Perth. India are the defending champions of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and they will look to win it for the fifth consecutive time. The Aussies last won the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in 2014 and since then they haven’t been able to lift the prestigious trophy.

The Indian cricket team is coming off a 3-0 home series loss to New Zealand and is seemingly under a bit of pressure. The Indian cricket team will play five Test matches Down Under and will also have their eyes firmly set on the World Test Championship (WTC) Finals. India will miss the services of their regular skipper Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will take the responsibility of scoring the majority of runs for India.
