Kohli is also on the cusp of creating a major milestone as far as the Border-Gavaskar Trophy is concerned. Kohli is just 21 runs away from becoming only the seventh batter to score 2000 runs in the IND vs AUS Test series. He will join the likes of Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, Ricky Ponting and his former teammate Cheteshwar Pujara in the elite list.
