Bill Belichick's transition from the NFL to college football could mark the end of his legendary career

The former general manager of the New England Patriots Bill Belichick is looking for a new career in College Football teams where he is looking to join as a coach, according to Boston reporter Tony Massarotti. Bill, who had parted ways with the New England Patriots in the last season of the NFL, had recently announced around three weeks ago that he would love to go back to his career of being a coach. But coaching college football teams had not crossed the minds of his fans when he had mentioned his love for the career.

Bill Belichick Is Reportedly Replacing Mack Brown in North Carolina Ahead Of UNC’s Regular-Season Finale

Around three days ago, Mack Brown was suddenly fired from his position as a coach for the North Carolina team. This came as a shock to many because the UNC’s Regular-Season Finale was near when this decision was made. Mack Brown is considered to be one of the greatest coaches across the college football teams and his dismissal has sparked debates.

Mack, unlike Bill, was pretty disappointed when he was fired last week. When he spoke to the reporters after the North Carolin Tar Steelers lost another consecutive match at their home stadium, Mack watched the team play from the sideline and expressed his disappointment in the decision that was made. As per On3, Mack said, “All I wanted to do was wait until the end of the year and the university wanted me to retire on Monday, before the NC State game. We haven’t beaten State, so it was really important for these kids to play well and have a chance to win. I didn’t want to break their hearts on Monday. So I said, ‘No, I won’t do that.’ And then they wanted me to do it on Friday.”
But according to Tony Massarotti, Bill is probably looking for a way to replace Mack and join North Carolina’s team. Tony highlights how probably Bill’s age probably has something to do with his unwillingness to go back to the NFL, even though he has been an NFL legend for years.

Bill Belichick’s Current Situation Has A Lot To Do With The Decisions He Made During The Last Season of the NFL

What might interest everyone to know, is that Bill’s current situation is completely opposite of the situation he was in during the last few years of the National Football League. He was considered as an NFL legend and when Bill announced he was leaving the New England Patriots, he shocked everyone. Last season’s poor performance of the New England Patriots had forced him to take such a decision and leave the NFL. Later, he started working as an analyst on the ESPN’s The Pat McAfee Show and later made few guest appearances.
Bill’s career graph which was at the highest few years ago has plummeted so quickly that it has now come as a shock to everyone that after leaving NFL, he is looking to join college football teams.
