BNP seeks clear roadmap on polls – Times of India

DHAKA: Even as the interim govt in Bangladesh remains focused on completing its reforms agenda, Bangladesh Nationalist Party has sought a roadmap from it on holding the next national elections. “We have high expectations from the interim govt. We believe it will hold elections within a reasonable timeframe,” said BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Saturday.He also sought a plan on conducting elections as soon as possible. tnn
