England and Bazball are back after their blip against India back in March, as they continue to revolutionalise test cricket and continue to wow spectators in red ball cricket.
On the first day of England’s second test against West Indies at Trent Bridge, Ben Stokes and his side came out to bat first. Despite losing opener Zak Crawly for a duck, England opener Ben Duckett ran rampage over the West Indies bowling lineup as England stormed to a World Record.
England and Bazball’s Unbelievable World Record
Ben Duckett and England made a statement that they are not looking to move past Bazball any time soon as they smashed West Indies all over the park and managed to reach 50 runs inside just 4.2 overs.
Reaching 50 runs inside just 26 balls means it is the fastest ever team fifty scored in Test Cricket history. In setting this new World Record England broke their very own 30-year record of the fastest ever team 50 scored, when they smashed South Africa for 50 in 4.3 overs at the Oval back in 1994.

Ben Duckett scores fastest ever 50 by England Opener
Ben Duckett’s splendid knock in the morning meant he raced to his 50 in just 32 deliveries. This blistering knock by Duckett meant it is now the fastest ever 50 scored by an England opener in Test Cricket.
Duckett’s innings came to an end after Shamar Joseph took his wicket. He departed after scoring 71 runs in 59 balls scoring at a strike rate of 120.34. Ben Duckett smashed an amazing 14 fours in his innings.

England hammered West Indies in the first test of the series as they bid a perfect farewell to James Anderson by winning his farewell test by an innings and 129 runs. In the second test they find themselves in a comfortable position after a splendid beginning to the morning session of the first day.
