NCP(Ajit Pawar faction) candidate Chetan Vitthal Tupe is leading from the Hadapsar assembly constituency, according to Election Commission. After 17 rounds of counting, Prashant Sudam Jagtap of the NCP(SCP) is trailing behind Tupe by 6,677 votes.
Hadapsar Assembly Constituency Hadapsar Assembly constituency, located in Pune district, also falls under the Pune parliamentary seat.

Voting in all 288 Assembly constituencies in Maharashtra was set for November 20, with results coming on November 23.
In the 2019 Assembly elections, Chetan Tupe of the NCP won a competitive race against the BJP candidate Yogesh Tilekar, securing 1,10,365 votes.
Tilekar received 92,775 votes. In 2014, Tilekar of the BJP had won the seat with 1,02,165 votes (55.6 per cent), while the NCP candidate followed with 60,472 votes (32.9 per cent).
According to the 2011 Census, SC voters in Hadapsar constitute about 11.2 per cent of the electorate, while ST voters represent around 5.4 per cent. Hadapsar is primarily urban with a mix of semi-urban areas.
