Among the missing are 33 people from Samej village of Rampur sub-division in Shimla district. At the same time, two more bodies were recovered in Mandi’s Terang village, raising the rain-related deaths to nine – eight in Mandi and one in Kullu.

In Samej on Sunday, the search teams combed more areas through debris left behind by the flash floods. Among the missing are villagers, employees of a hydro project and eight schoolchildren.
