Regular exercise enhances cardiovascular functioning and promotes good heart health but irregularity in workouts causes complications and that is very much connected with heart problems. According to the American Heart Association, moderate 30 minutes of not-too-heavy workouts 3-5 times a week has always been beneficial and considered an ideal way of working out. Complications happen when one gets into the workout without any plan or program and does it without any relevant knowledge or awareness. Everyone must understand that if a person doesn’t have the proper knowledge of workout plans in terms of types of exercises, number of sets and repetitions, diet, and sleeping pattern then he is not supposed to do that as it leads to alarming heart problems and complications.

Some of the heart-related problems that occur while working out:-

-Chest pain and discomfort: Chest discomfort is completely different from chest pain as it happens during rigorous workouts without proper hydration and nutrition that the body needs at that particular time. Mostly starts from the left side and goes to the left arm and in most cases turns out to be a heart attack.

-Shortness Of Breath: Breathing problems are also one of the main reasons due to improper hydration and it happens mostly in the case of weight training.

-Feeling Of Dizziness: Workout makes us exhausted but drained out, resulting in loss of body fluid and making the person feel dizzy and unconscious.

-Uncomfortable sensations in other parts of your body: Feeling uncomfortable sensations in different parts of the body is another symptom. As the body loses its balance and the mind-body loses the connection and a  feeling of sensation is generated and it is very dangerous.
