NEW DELHI: In a reckless act of vandalism, three boys were caught flattening anti-glare screens along a 100-metre stretch of fence on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway near the UP Gate flyover in Ghaziabad.
These screens, designed to prevent accidents by blocking headlight glare from oncoming traffic, were damaged as the boys walked along the fence.
An NHAI official reported that each screen costs Rs 400.
