It was a disastrous start for the India A side ahead of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy as they succumbed to a batting collapse versus Australia A. Spotlight was on KL Rahul and Abhimanyu Easwaran as they are the potential replacements for India captain Rohit Sharma , who is set to miss a Test. In the first session of the second unofficial Test, Rahul perished for four while Easwaran failed to open his account. It was disastrous as in no time India was reduced to 11 for four.
