Novak Djokovic’s imperious march to Gold

Novak Djokovic defended 6 break points in one game to inch ahead in the match. and take a 5-4 lead. However, Carlos Alcaraz pegged Djokovic back and the game went to a tie break.

The Serbian was simply unstoppable in the tiebreak as he dismantled the Spaniard to win 7-3 in the decider and take the first set of the game.

In the second set, Carlos Alcaraz had come out firing all guns blazing as he pressed the issue to take the game to third and final set.  However, Novak hung in there and didn’t give up any advantages in the serve to take the set to tiebreak where he just like the first set decimated Alcaraz.
