Far-Right influencer Laura Loomer who once attacked Kamala Harris by saying that the White House would smell of curry had she become the president has now attacked India and Indians over the H-1B row. The row stems from Donald Trump’s nomination of Sriram Krishnan for the post of Senior Policy Advisor for Artificial Intelligence at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. Chennai-born Sriram Krishnan wants to remove country caps for green cards.
Laura Loomer questioned the America First policy and ranted against India calling Indians third-world invaders. “Our country was built by white Europeans, actually. Not third world invader from India,” Loomer said adding that Indians s**t in the water they bathe and drink from.
As her rant drew flak from many Indian immigrants and she was reminded of Indian-origin Vivek Ramaswamy and Usha Vance, wife of vice president-elect JD Vance, Laura said both Vivek Ramaswamy and JD Vance stand for America First policy.
“It’s not racist against Indians to want the original MAGA policies I voted for. I voted for a reduction in H1B visas. Not an extension,” Loomer said.
“If India was so high skilled people would stay there instead of flocking to the US. You’re not going to shame me into tempering my thoughts. I really am past the point of giving a f**k,” she ranted.
Slamming Elon Musk who, in fact, supported what Krishnan said, Laura Loomer wrote: “The tech billionaires don’t get to just walk inside Mar a Lago and stroke their massive checkbooks and rewrite our immigration policy so they can have unlimited slave laborers from India and China who never assimilate.”
“If India is such a high skilled society, why does it look like this? Just admit you want cheap labor. I don’t care about being called “racist”. It has no meaning anymore. It’s used by invaders like you to try to silence actual ORIGINAL TRUMP SUPPORTING PATRIOTS. You don’t even know what MAGA immigration policy is. You’re not a real Trump supporter. You don’t even know what assimilation means,” Loomer wrote.
On this H-1B cap extension row which would allow more Indians to work in the US, Elon Musk said at the heart of this debate is a “fixed pie” fallacy while the pie is not fixed and there is “essentially infinite potential for job and company creation”.
