Toni Kroos reacts to Jude Bellingham’s affection for the Real Madrid legend
Following young midfielder Jude Bellingham’s comments during an interview, Toni Kroos showed his gratitude for his former Real Madrid teammate. Kroos went to Twitter to characterise Bellingham as “one of a kind.”
Although their time together was cut short when Kroos chose to retire from professional football after Germany’s involvement in Euro 2024, the two players were colleagues at Real Madrid last season.
Bellingham started his remarkable season at the Santiago Bernabéu after joining Los Blancos in the summer of 2023. He was instrumental in ensuring the squad won the UEFA Champions League as well as the La Liga championship.
