The couple met while Rousey was training in Los Angeles and DiGorrio was also involved in the world of mixed martial arts. Their relationship, although relatively brief, marked one of Rousey’s early ventures into the public eye regarding her personal life.

In 2015, Rousey started dating UFC heavyweight fighter Travis Browne. The couple confirmed their relationship in October 2015. They got engaged in April 2017 and married in August 2017 in Hawaii. Together, they have a daughter named La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō, born in September 2021.
In July 2024, Rousey announced that she and Browne are expecting their second child. The couple, who welcomed their daughter La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō in September 2021, shared the joyous news during San Diego Comic-Con in July 2024.
Rousey, 37, made the announcement while promoting her graphic novel, “Expecting the Unexpected,” which intriguingly parallels her real-life experience, as it narrates the story of two rival assassins facing an unexpected pregnancy. Following the announcement, Rousey revealed on Instagram that they are expecting another daughter, expressing her excitement: “I can finally shout it from the rooftops.”
