Courtney Burgess, a key witness in the ongoing investigation into Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, revealed that he received 11 flash drives from Combs’ ex-lover, Kim Porter, which contained at least eight sex tapes involving various celebrities. Burgess told NewsNation’s ‘Banfield’ that among the individuals featured in the tapes, two or three were minors.
Burgess testified before the Combs grand jury in the Southern District of New York on Thursday.
Burgess also received an unedited version of Porter’s alleged memoir, ‘Kim’s Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, from the Other Side.’ The book describes incidents of physical abuse, sexual coercion, and other violent acts that Combs allegedly committed.
Quietly released on Amazon as a $22 paperback, the book’s sales surged following the news of Combs’ arrest and the shocking details of the indictment against him.
Ariel Mitchell, Burgess’ attorney, stated that the alleged tapes “reveal the story of what Diddy has done over the past 30 years—his deviant activities.”
“If these flash drives do exist, I would imagine they contain exactly that,” Mitchell commented on ‘Banfield.’ Burgess claims he no longer has the tapes in his possession.
A criminal defence attorney, Mark Geragos, expressed doubts about allegations against his client, Combs, in a recent interview with ‘CUOMO.’ Geragos, whose daughter Teny represents Combs, said, “I think the prosecutors think he failed the smell test, and I suspect the prosecutors brought him in front of the grand jury because I don’t think anyone is buying what he’s selling.”
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ indictment
Music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has pleaded not guilty to federal sex trafficking charges. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025. Combs asserts that all sexual interactions were consensual.
He has been detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center since his arrest on September 16.
He is facing charges that include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. Moreover, he is dealing with over twenty civil lawsuits from alleged victims. These include recent claims from two men who allege they were raped by Combs when they were 10 and 17 years old.
Combs’s appeal against his detention, which has lasted more than six weeks, is ongoing. The Metropolitan Detention Center, where he is held, has seen two fatal stabbings this year.
