Actor Vijay unveils TVK party flag at headquarters in Tamil Nadu's Panaiyur

CHENNAI: Actor and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) leader Vijay unveiled his party flag on Thursday morning.

This is being organised a month ahead of the party’s state-level conference to be held in Vikravandi in Villupuram district on September 22.
The announcement follows the launch of his party in February. “Our flag will fly across the state from tomorrow.Tamil Nadu will be better from now on. Victory is certain,” Vijay said. He underlined the flag’s role in striving for Tamil Nadu’s welfare and symbolising the state.
The party is making elaborate arrangements for the state-level conference that would take place soon after the actor releases his film, The Greatest of All Time on September 5.
He has committed his next ‘political’ film with director H Vinoth, touted as the last in his three-decade-old film career.
