Claiming that the Indian stars like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have a lot of fans in Pakistan, Akram admitted that he has been getting positive vibes from the Indian government about it. Akram reckons the Indian team will travel to Lahore for their games and travel back to Amritsar on the same night.

“I think, based on what I’m reading, there are positive vibes from the Indian government and BCCI,” Akram told reporters during an online press conference from Melbourne.
“They will likely come to Lahore and travel back the same night. I’m all for it, as long as India is comfortable.”
