Experience: Zaheer has immense experience of the pitches used in India and that is invaluable. Not only has he grown up playing in pitches in India, but has also featured in the IPL. Zaheer is still the bowling coach at Mumbai Indians and his presence with one of the best franchises of the league would surely be a plus.
Help Young Pacers: With all the experience Zaheer has, it will surely benefit the young pacers and bowlers, in general, at LSG. Mayank Yadav and Shivam Mavi, if still with LSG after the mega auction, would benefit a lot working with Zaheer.
Champion Formula: Zaheer has been part of one of the most successful IPL teams, which means he could bring in the winning culture and that should benefit LSG.
