When Could Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler Fight Take Place?
One of MMA’s leading voices in the world, Ariel Helwani, has laid out when the Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler fight could happen. During the latest episode of MMA Hour, Helwani contemplated the fight and first of all squashed assertions that the contest would take place at UFC 306. He made it clear that that event will be highlighted by Sean O’Malley and Merab Dvalishvili in September. He even put away the UFC 307 event for the fight, as it will feature the much-anticipated battle between Ilia Topuria and Max Holloway. He didn’t see the fight happen at UFC 308 and 309 as well, since plans for the respective shows are already in progress. However, was all in for UFC 310, which will be held in December 2024. UFC is yet to render a date for the UFC 310 mega event.
Thus, December is the month when the prolonged fight affair between the former UFC Champion Conor McGregor and former Bellator Champion Michael Chandler could finally come to an end.

During an appearance on Pat McAfee’s show, Dana White answered the pressing query on the McGregor vs Chandler fight. He mentioned that while he does not have a date to giveaway but remains determined to book the fight for a 2024 pay-per-view.
“That’s the fight [McGregor vs. Chandler] that needs to happen. We’ve been waiting for it, it’s an awesome fight, it’s a fun fight. And yeah, as I’m sitting here right now no, I don’t have a date for it or a plan or anything like that. And obviously, me, the fans and ESPN would love [that fight] to happen in 2024. But we’ll see what happens.”
